Yesterday I hopped in my car, immediately after a grueling gym session, and began my usual scramble to get things done. I raced home, grabbed a really quick bite to eat, hopped in the shower, whipped up a protein shake for the road, and headed back to the car.
While driving over to my daughter’s soccer practice I thought it would be a good idea to fire up the recorder and put together another episode of the Slimming Down Dad Short.
